from Penzey;s that we like, it is very pretty in the food too.
The peppercorn is a dried ash-plant berry, from a family of evergreens related to citrus trees, and apparently some find it has a soapy taste much like cilantro. Also, many do pick up a citrus taste, like you. I will check today and see if I pick it up too.
