Linda Stradley has a great chart with all the foods and proper internal temperatures. It has been so much fun learning what I could use the Thermapens for. I was using it for meat only. Worked great with my orange marmalade, as well.
I also have a Thermapen and love it. Use it for baking bread and roasting meats all the time. I will be definitely use for everything now thanks to chart....Stephanie
