Linda Stradley has a great chart with all the foods and proper internal temperatures. It has been so much fun learning what I could use the Thermapens for. I was using it for meat only. Worked great with my orange marmalade, as well.

I also have a Thermapen and love it. Use it for baking bread and roasting meats all the time. I will be definitely use for everything now thanks to chart....Stephanie

You are welcome. Linda has a lot of interesting stuff on her website. She has more of a research

and history type website. I was amazed at how much you can use the Thermapen for. Guess I never read the information that came with it!
