These brussels sprouts sliders look like a nice Thanksgiving appy

Talking about bacon (I agree BTW) - I just made my first candied bacon the other day - DELISH!

Just patted some brown sugar on one side of the pepper, grated fresh pepper on it and baked. Yumm!

 
Oh, yeah!! If you bake the bacon just a bit before putting the sugar on it helps.

The first time I ever had it was at a wedding party in upper Michigan YEARS ago--saw these slim young cute attendants who wouldn't eat "anything" scarfing down these WHOLE slices of candied bacon!! I do break mine at least in half!! LOL
