the first time.

ground lamb is not available here, so I bought shoulder chops and trimmed and ground them. I used Johnsonville hot Italian sausage.

was a bit concerned about placing raw meatballs in sauce, thought it might be greasy, but it wasn't.

seasoning was really good, think I might add a pinch more fennel and red pepper?

Did just serve it over some fresh spinach and did not make crumbs. trying to get a few holiday pounds off.

I am thinking a wonderful appetizer!

Nan, the Crumbs Yo! are really wonderful, you should try them sometime!

I just bought a grinder attachment for my Kitchenaid, now it's so easy....
