I have two recipes in my files - one from their mag and the other from their Baking Illustrated. The
one from the magazine uses 4 large eggs, 1 1/3 cups sugar, 2/3 cup lemon juice, etc. The Baking Illustrated one uses 7 large egg yolks plus 2 large eggs, 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp sugar, 2/3 cup lemon juice, etc.
