Thinking of making french fry waffle nachos for super bowl. Still working on a recipe;

I am getting bored w/ the chicken dip (while I love it, want to bring something different.....) Waffle french fries were on sale at the market.... SO, now to ponder on what to do with them; ie use them as a base w/ sauce on top or make a cheese dip and use them as a "chip".... decisions, decisions...

Any thoughts?

 
I love that idea. Or maybe you could do some variation on Chili Cheese Fries, since it's Superbowl

 
barb, I think you should build a scale model of the Lucas Oil Stadium out of waffle fries.

Then fill the middle with a vat of chile.

If you want to spackle and seal it with Royal Icing, I can probably help with proportions.

 
I like the idea.... Will think about the presentation as opposed to just throwing the fries on the

plate.... Thanks for all the ideas.
