Hoo boy. Rich or what? Delicious, though I wondered if the lemon zest and cinnamon were

necessary. There were enough flavours already, with the fennel, figs, and cheese.

This was also the first time I've ever used store-bought pizza dough. Not bad, but prefer homemade. Same ingredients, so it baffles me why homemade should taste so much better, but it does.
