This has been a fun week... low-fiber, and not lowfat

I've had to avoid high-fiber food for a while and I had no idea how much I eat on a daily basis (it's just a part of my lifestyle now, I guess - that's a good thing!).

No raw foods, no nuts, no whole-grain, etc. Leaves little else but the tasty stuff (how I used to eat!).

Now, to return to medium-fiber foods... any suggestions?

Suggestions for foods that don't have a lot of fiber (except meat/potatoes, been there, done that)?

Thanks for these links, Marilyn. The only thing that kept coming to mind

was potatoes (I should avoid high-GI foods), milk (I am lactose-intolerant), and rice (ditto on the high-GI). I'm experimenting with cooked vegetables and they don't seem to be bothering me.

)
