a craving for it. His recipe contains Gaeta Olives, red onion, basil and caciotta cheese.

Dawn, It is a creamy, semi-soft sheep's milk cheese ... you can sub italian fontina.

This is what we call Shakshuka. We like to add hot seasoning to the sauce. It is a breakfast staple

in cafes here and is very yummy
