REC: Raspberry Semifreddo Torte from EPI (COML).....sub blackberries for raspberries....
For some reason I always make this with blackberries and it is just to die for!
Blackberries are so easy to pick and since they are much bigger than raspberries the pails get filled very quickly. After picking I run most of the berries thru the squeezo to remove the seeds, make jam and freeze the rest of the puree. Guess that's why I always make this semifreddo with blackberries! It gets devoured every time I serve it.
