Oh Gay, this book looks wonderful, especially the Right Side Up Cake!

I need to start purging lesser used books but I can't bear to part with any of them and there is no more space on the shelves! What's a cookbook lover to do smileys/smile.gif

 
Barbara in VA, My sentiments exactly, every time I go to clean out the library I find it so very

difficult to give my cookbooks away or donate them. Why is that??

I hope I can try this cake next, contains all of my favorite ingredients. The book does look wonderful.
