This looks freakin' great: Grrilled Steak with Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce

I am so in love with chimichurri sauce...

it is fantastic!
I've used it on loads of grilled meats, as a topper for meatloaf and burgers, and mixed the remainders into a vinaigrette for salad. Try it mixed with mayo for a sandwich spread...yum!
