1/2 cup heavy cream, 3/4 cup crème fraîche or sour cream, 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, and 8 ounces farmer cheese! Talk about your dairy delight!
I saved the recipe, but I don't know when I will be able to make it as I am losing weight and am unwilling to spend the calories on it, but it really, really sounds good.
This would be a very good vegetarian main dish for Thanksgivine--wait, I have a vegetarian coming to Thanksgiving, so maybe I will make it and just have an ounce or two (weighed out on a scale!) to taste.
