This looks interesting: Mango Coleslaw with Maple Lime Vinaigrette

Having trouble picturing the consistency of a dip that can be rolled & dipped in flour!

Oh, the Soprano's made an arancini fool out of me. So much work (sauce, rice, meat, chill, fry)

and--ultimately, they were just "okay."

This is the kind of dish you either need to order at a restaurant or rent out an old Italian widow to prepare the dish so you can enjoy them without all the work.

Otherwise, you'll need to supress the urge to "whack" Vinnie for suggesting them.

 
I've only made them w/ cheese + leftover risotto. Risotto rec. was my great-grandmother's, tho. smileys/wink.gif
