back but I don't remember if anyone else ever made it. Michael in Sarasota was looking for the link. Anyway, pastry is my bug-bear, and this came out so beautifully and so delicious I just had to share. I made spinach with Swiss cheese. It is kind of fiddly and time consuming but certainly worth the effort. The texture is just lush and the pastry is like the most wonderful butter flaky, crumbly shortbread.http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=107019060
