Yes indeed Pat, an ewe, is singular for a female sheep. Ewes is plural of same. However, in foodie

language, eewwwwwwwwwwwwwww (elongated version) is considered yuck, gross, disgusting, vile, or totally unappetizing.

What eewwwwwwwww is for some, may not be for others. That is to say that eewwwwwwwwww is relative to one's perception of same. I do believe that historically, eewwwwwwww is internationally known as the epitomy of yuck, which is a definition altogether, another definition.... get my drift?
