I have some Mascarpone cheese I need to use up. I wonder how that would be instead

of Ricotta? Any thoughts?

 
That was my thinking as well, thanks! I use Mascarpone in several of

Giada de Laurentis recipes and it works very well but I was worried about adding it to this dish.
