This seems a tad sacrilegious, but ice cream made WITHOUT dairy, eggs, gluten, soy or refined sugar

After reading the reviews on Amazon, it sure would be fun to try a few. I'm sure you can find some

of the recipes in the book online. Just think if you really liked them? Maybe not as an ice cream but a healthy alternative which could be eaten more often.

it might take a little time because I just made a batch of cantaloupe sorbet and until that is gone I won't make anything new

 
At Farmers Mkt. today, a grower was telling me that a locally owned restaurant was buying up all

her melons to make a cold soup. All it had was the melon, a bit of fresh OJ and lime. People love it. Served cold, with bread.
