Gotta say... this was WONderful!! Made it for dinner last night and served it with naan.
The olive sauce was so incredible, we were scooping it up with pieces of naan - what a feast. It looks complicated but was very easy. Made the spice mixture a few days ahead and the olive mixture the day before. All was left was to smear the chicken with spice, drizzle oil over it, and bake.
