Also refreshing: Blueberry Coleslaw
I've been getting purple cabbage from the farm and shredding it with carrots and making my grandmother's cole slaw dressing of celery seed, mayo, sweetner, a little vinegar, and some milk. After I made the slaw and had it plated, I looked at the blueberries and thought, "why not"? It was really great together. The tang of the blueberries went wonderfully with the slaw. It looked great with the purple/orange/blue color on the plate with a little sprig of a green herb.
