section called "Too Busy to Cook" featured Amy Keller (LA fashion stylist). Here was her "almost homemade" hint:

1. Take purchased chocolate frosting mix

2. Add a pinch of coarse salt

3. Add 1/8 tsp of vanilla

Really??? A pinch of salt and an EIGHTH of a teaspoon of vanilla--to a packaged icing mix? And this concept makes it into Bon Appetit??? A magazine that people PAY to read!
