This was a great dinner last night.

Sorry to say I have a bottle of the vinegar I've never opened. I checked my Living Cookbook entries

and see some recipes for Kung Pao chicken that uses it. Also Kung Pao shrimp and a couple of eggplant dishes and a beef and broccoli recipe. I can share if you're interested, but I've not made any of them.
None of the recipes I have combine both the vinegar and fish sauce.
I'll look forward to seeing what you do with it.
