It was a very easy dip; It was served cold, but I think it tasted better w/ when heated up. I think it would be good with some toasted pignolis added.
Dave's Goat Cheese Dip
1 log of Goat cheese; softened
1 bunch of scallions
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
5 sliced shrooms
1 tsp herbs de provence seasoning
3-4 diced sun dried toms
pepper to taste
Saute the scallions, garlic, shrooms, and seasonings, mix in the toms and the goat cheese. blend well.
Serve on sliced baguette.
