How nice! Thanks for the follow up. The original recipe came from a book published in the early

'90's, hence the ravioli substitution. I think potstickers are more readily available now. (The pork potstickers from Trader Joe's are really good!)

Senior moment. I wondered how did I miss Mother's day. made me look at the calendar and the date

on my computer!

Ha!!! Easter!!! That was a silly mistake, but includes my feelings of already

preparing for the next family gathering, which will be here.....sooner than I think.

Thanks Ang... I feel like Day Light Savings time... I just went back a month!

Did I mention I am barely cleaned up, and now trying to plan the next one? I love my siblings, but they never offer to host.
