I minced extra garlic and used my red peppercorns. It was a huge hit; I served it with sliced baguette. It would look pretty for the holidays; especially if using fresh herbs, for the vivid green color.

Thx Sylvia for a fun appetizer! I would make this for thanksgiving, but my mom is not a fan of goat cheese!
