Butternut squash w/ cider cream. I roasted the squash and carrots; It was a great soup for thanksgiving. Everyone enjoyed the cider cream. I did fun designs; ie hearts, happy faces, #1, etc. Was fun and devoured by all! This will be on our menu again next year.
