I couldn't find the ginger teriyaki sauce so I added grated ginger. Also, I had quite a bit of sauce remaining and some extra vegetables on hand. I doubled the green beans, sliced a small head of cabbage and shredded a carrot. Next time, I think sliced mushrooms would be good too. With this one dish and the addition of vegetables, I've definitely increased my veg intake this week. smileys/smile.gif
Also, I tried the Kikoman low salt teriyaki sauce and it was pretty awful. I threw it out and grabbed my roommate's bottle of regular teriyaki sauce.
