RECIPE: This was really good at a party last night. Rec: Wendy's mushroom dip

I have not made it; Wendy brought it to our neighborhood party. It was really good. I think I would add some garlic and maybe some roasted red peppers. She served it in a large casserole and we scooped it onto sliced baguette.

Source unknown, she said she has been making it for years.

1 package of sliced shrooms

1 packaged of sliced portabello

1 bunch of scallions (cut up)

Cut up Sundried tomatos (Not on the oil), she did not give a measurement on quantity

Small wheel of brie cut up

Roast the shrooms and scallions (Mixed with oil) for about 20 minutes in the oven,

cool

Put in a casserole dish

Add cut up brie and sliced sundried tomato

Micro to heat up

It was a hit at the party!
