This was yummy! Slow Cooker Char Siu Pork Roast

This looks like something I would really like

I like to package shredded pork dishes in individual servings and freeze. I thaw one serving at a time in the refrigerator overnight I think this would be good with rice or in a poor boy bun.

 
Forgot to mention, I skipped the addition of chicken stock and as one other reviewer noted,

I reduced the sauce on the stove top. So good! Next time I'll also add some crushed red pepper flakes.
