Trying to find good, healthy, lowish-carb breakfasts are getting old. Eggs are getting boring and I'm not sure how good they are for my cholesterol levels, either.
I say low-carb"ish" because I "do" have carbs, just healthy ones, and am trying to keep them to about 20-25 grams for the morning meal.
Any ideas?
