of the sodium content. Wowza! I am making my own versions of them (they come in reusable handy little microwavable steaming bowls) and storing them in the freezer, using my own ingredients, including low-sodium teryaki sauce, chicken, and real vegetables. I was disappointed in the vegetable pack they provided - more like a teaspoonful of Mrs. Grass's instant vegetable soup. ;o)

But at least it got me trying different sauces and gave me the idea of making my own. Cheaper that way too.
