Those who have made the "Baked" brownies: Will they stay fresh if I ship them?

Friends are having a get-together in Conn and I can't make it. I'll have time this weekend to bake the brownies on Sunday, package and mail it out on Monday.

Question is: Will they still be wonderful? I haven't tried them myself...just don't have the willpower to have a pan of brownies in front of me right now.

I used to mail Ina's Outrageous Brownies, but I've grown tired of those.

Yes, they will stay nice and fresh. They are very dense and moist, and

I think they'd be excellent for mailing.

I hear you on having a pan of anything lying around - I overdid it with those very brownies last week, and again last night with a pan of peach crumb bars. I have to stop clicking on all the baking blog links everyone has been posting here lately.

There are a few of us close to CT... dh loves brownies. We can road trip for your brownies,

especially if you through in some of your dyslexic sauce. : )

How were they shipped and did you have a GPS in the box? Just curious! : )
