Thousands of miles away, my dad is celebrating Thanksgiving w/ a buddy who competes on the National BBQ circuit. They're making 54 turkeys (1,300 pounds!) for their neighborhood in Florida. Like an old village baker with a communal oven, later today, folks will drive up and get their turkey, curbside.

I'm hoping they'll take some photos. I'm dying to see how they're cooking *54 turkeys!* Apparently this BBQ guy has a thing he pulls behind his truck like a giant rotisserie. LOL!

How cool is that? Wish I was there to partake! I bet their turkeys are good!
