Tip: Lifting the top burger off a stack of frozen burger patties...

Even though I put layers of foil between the burgers, getting just one burger off the stack is always dangerous to hands and fingers when the prying tools come out.

I solved this problem with science: the inclined plane

Insert your corkscrew between the top two burgers and start turning. The top burger pops off in a couple twists tout suite.

My tip: freeze the burger pattieson sheet pans first, then put each one into a fold lock top baggie

From there, put into Zip lock freezer bags. I usually get eight into a bag.

That works well. I have also loosened pieces frozen together by slipping a knife in

between and rocking it, particularly with ground meat.
