In a pie or quiche plate, layer the following:

1 tub chive or garlic chive soft cream cheese

1 tub hummus- your choice of flavors

chopped cucumbers

chopped tomatoes (Romas work best)

sliced green onions

Feta Cheese

Black Olives, sliced

I serve with Pita Chips and its a huge hit with every one!! Let me know what you think!

Tammy, do you have a recipe for pita chips? I haven't been able to find them around here. Thanks!

Hi Dawn! I make pita chips all the time. I just separate pitas, cut into pieces,

brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in a single layer on a sheet until brown and crispy. I think I bake around 375-400. They keep forever (if you hide them!)

Sure, easy to makeCut into eighths w/ scissors,

separate, spray with olive oil PAM andsprinkle with a little garlic powder and bake slow about 300 till crisp!! Enjoy!

I simmer chopped garlic with olive oil then brush pita triangles, sprinkle with

parmesan, grind a little fresh black pepper on them and bake that way. Delicious!

Re:dip - very good

Hi - you may not scan back up to this entry again - but I tried your dip last night at a barbeque and everyone devoured it. Will definitely be a keeper for me. Very pretty, very tasty.
Thanks
