Did your crust come out of the oven looking like pie crust? It tastes like sugar cookies (very good) but I was expecting a difference consistancy. Hmm... ?

I made it in a 9 x 9 cake pan instead (made half a batch) and added cinnamon to the liquid. Sooo good, glad they're already in T&T!

 
It was nice and crisp, like a shortbread crust, and fabulous when warm.

I put it in the fridge overnight, which was a mistake, cause then the crust got soft. It was still good, but I wouldn't do it again.

Still loved it!
