I can't wait to have it again, I never printed off the recipe but I did tonight. It's going in my old school recipe box.

Mmm, this is sooo good! Here's a link to a small batch recipe from Dawn_MO, which is delish and

better suited to a small household. Scroll down to the second recipe on the page, "Briami - small batch". It's the one I use, and I can almost eat the whole thing by myself. Slice everything THICK, chunk up a tomato in lieu of charry toms, add S & P and Italian Seasoning. Yum.
