I made this today in mini-loaf pans. I liked the banana-oat
but, I am not sure about the peanut butter addition to it. I didn't have quick-cooking oats so I had to use old fashioned, but I like the texture it gave the breads. Next time I think I will make it without the peanut butter and add in some cinnamon. Would I need to add more oil, yogurt or applesauce to make up for the peanut butter? Thanks!
