I made this for my peeps this past weekend and while it tasted okay, the blackberries all sank
to the bottom of the pan (I even floured them to hold 'em a bit) so when I depanned the cake, the top 1/4 was berries but the bottom 3/4 was all cake. Additionally the glaze was too thin and left the top sticky rather than coated.
When I did this with blueberries and lemons, the flavor profile was similar but the berries stayed dispersed.
