I think I'll make those this weekend with the brownies.

I love the Canadian Baker, Olga_D'Ont introduced me to this site about a year ago and I have had a great time exploring and finding some really great recipes.

Meryl and Diane. Her recipe calls for 3 oz. bittersweet choc. and 3 oz. semi sweet, can you tell me

the difference?

Barb, bittersweet has less sugar and more cocoa solids than semi-sweet, so bittersweet will have a

more intense chocolate flavor. However, it also depends on the brand of chocolate. Since there are no strict guidelines, some brands may have a sweeter bittersweet chocolate than another brand's semi-sweet! Check the labels for the cacao percentage.
