oh, by the way, I had to make more of those cinnamon cookies, my DH said they tasted close to snickerdoodles (his 2nd favorite cookie) but he liked these better because it had more of a cinnamon-y taste, my son he just liked them and wanted more ~ at 3 weeks shy of 28yrs old he still loves his cookies, so .... I made more and there are only half the batch left since last night.
