I was just looking at a slide show of the food at my hometown's Arts and Jazz Festival.

Was absolutely drooling over big wedges of frozen cheesecake they were putting on sticks and dipping in chocolate.

 
And that does look fantastic. I would only be able to make it to take somewhere.

It would not be safe here alone with just me. I am afraid it would not last in the freezer nearly as long as it should.
