just use my regular one. By the way, I had some more of the Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream last night - it even tasted better than the night before, if that's possible!!!

 
2 tablespoons will be waaay too much!! I've made chocolate cinnamon

gelato from the Epi site and it is phenomenal. It always goes first at parties. The first time I made it I used a full tablespoon, and most people loved the texture and taste, but all agreed that the cinnamon needed to be cut back a tad and it would be perfect. What's nice about this recipe is that it doesn't require eggs. smileys/smile.gif
