I think it's time I tackled my first batch of 7 minute icing - this looks fabulous!
I first had homemade 7 minute icing when I convinced a co-worker of mine to use it when she made a coconut cake - I still dream about that cake, and that was over 4 years ago. LOL
There is something about that texture and flavor....so perfectly fluffy and not too sweet.

I love 7 minute icing - haven't had it since back when mom made it as a kid, but sweet memories!
all mom's pretty coconut cakes had a section without it - just for me!!!
