To check out: Easy No-Bake Indoor S'mores Bars

I must have hit the maximum, because it got screwed up - see my post #82 under the title. I deleted

the recipe, Tike Treat, after posting it, and reposted it under the last recipe I posted, but the number 82 still shows up, and it made the title of the thread separate from the listings.

Made the no-bake s'mores last night...

They were good, but I next time I would do them a bit differently...

I would add a little more butter to the crust, it was very crumbly as is. Also not sure what 1 tablespoon of brown sugar really adds to such a generous amount of graham crackers, I would just leave it out next time.

Also, next time, I would melt the marshmallows a bit more, or perhaps use a layer of marshmallow fluff instead, and torch that...

I used semi-sweet choc chips, simply because that is what was available at the beach ACME.

Per the author's note: I did not find that cutting them after the marshmallows presents a problem, just use a supersharp knife and dip in hot water between cuts.

They are very rich and sweet and good for a quick dessert, thanks for posting, Meryl!

Thanks cheezz! And further tweaks...

The ganache is semi soft

We just had the rest of them for dessert and I added another layer of marshmallows and let them melt some more - much better!

Also, the extra layer of marshmallows balances it out better, so double marshmallows!

There is still half the pan left, I will bring you some...

Tuesday delivery good for you?

Thank you! smileys/smile.gif Sounds good, even if there's just a square or two left. I'll bring leftover cinnamon

rolls--how's that? We could meet you in the park, or whatnot. smileys/smile.gif
