I was sorely tempted to make Spam Bao buns---doesn't that sound kinda good? but

we went away for the weekend of the contest, so it's tucked away in my head for next year. I ran out of powdered sugar for the Oreo filling, so I have to whip it up right after work tonight and fill 6 of the nicest ones and take them up to the Fair by 9pm. I made a double batch so we'll have them at work on Friday for our BBQ. I'm a bit leary of taking them to work---I may have to make them every week.
