To check out: Potato-Goat Cheese Gratin

Tried this last night. I liked the texture, but it had surprisingly little taste.

Perhaps it needed more salt or possibly a different kind of goat's cheese than the brand I used. Although it took a long time to bake, it was pretty easy to put together. DH liked it pretty well, although he thought cheddar would have been a better choice. Solid recipe, but needs some tweaking. But it's always good to try something new!

 
Thanks for the review, Amanda! I also think onions would be better than leeks - more flavor!
