Am I the only one who thinks cacao nibs taste like bark? Even Scharffen-Berger coats theirs with

chocolate now. You have to buy bulk to get the plain nibs like I had bought.

To my proletarian taste buds, they ruined a perfectly good cookie. I think it was either an Alice, Dorie or David recipe.
