I did not answer your question because I have to confirm with my husband about the exact spelling of Kazakhstan. Also I have been mourning for the last few days about gaining 8 lbs during my 5 months in Astana, even though I have been watching my diet as usual.
Mainly is the minus 40 degree weather which make it impossible for me to go out and walk in the icy streets. The weather is beautiful now, even though we can still walk on the river as the snow has not melted yet.
Hope that I can be active again.
