Dang, I got an angel food cake and strawberries today...
Or I would’ve made a cheesecake. However, given the heatwave my house will likely be happy not turning the oven on.
This recipe reminds me of Pat/NorCal’s with the sour cream topping. It’s my go to “plain” cheesecake. – thanks Pat!
